Cresselia introduces the lati's to her previously unknown brother Staromio.

Some background I made up for his imaginary Pokedex entry while sketching:

Staromio, The starlight pokemon.

The recently discovered male counterpart to Cresselia.

Type: Psychic.

Physiology: Staromio's body is shaped much like Cresselia's, he is a little bigger, a little stronger and has different coloring and patterns on his body and "wings".
When it's veils catch the light they twinkle like a multitude of small stars.

Special abilities: Staromio has the ability to inspire people and lift the spirits of the sad or depressed by inducing dreams, much like his sister.

When together with Cresselia their dream affecting powers are boosted.

Like most lati type species he is highly intelligent, telepathic and can understand human speech.

Behavior: Staromio appears to be gentle, curious, and dislikes conflict, but is a formidable opponent to all who threaten it's friends or family.

With his lati-like ability to cloak his presence he goes unnoticed much of the time, but will on occasion appear to those with a friendly or compassionate nature.

He tends to be mainly nocturnal, since he seems to draw power from starlight, being weaker during the day.

Habitat: Staromio seems to be a roaming species but is known to visit Fullmoon island at irregular intervals.
